It's with heavy hearts that we announce our friends and neighbors at Gryffon's Aerie have decided to end their commerical retail business. We'll miss the delicious and perfectly cut beef and (maybe most of all) Collins Huff's pork sausage recipies. However, as of March we're delighted to welcome Free Union Grass Farm pastured chicken and grass fed beef as their replacement in the Tasting Room. Owners Erica Hellen and Joel Slezak were featured in Flavor Magazine’s “Meet the Future of Farming” Issue. Self-described as “two farmer/foodies who decided to join passions and make a go of it”, Joel and Erica do a wonderful job of raising their animals humanely and healthily. Offerings include Whole Chickens, Legs and Thighs, and Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts/Tenders as well as Sirloin, NY Strip, Rib Eye, and Ground Beef.
