Tailgate Thursdays are Coming!

It’s time to start looking forward to a summer full of Tailgate Thursdays! Once again this year we’ll have the grills going, music playing, and wine flowing every Thursday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Travis Elliott and Co return on May 22nd, 6 to 9pm to kick off the season. Plan to bring a picnic and the kids and dogs as we welcome back warm weather!

The Rock Barn Pork Products Available in Tasting Room

We have to agree with The Rock Barn‘s credos: “Pigs are delicious. There is perhaps no animal that boasts as rich a culinary tradition as the pig. All over the world, hogs are being transformed into dishes that are synonymous with local flavor”.  As longtime fans of their respectful sourcing and craft cuts of these animals, we are excited to bring Rock Barn products into our Tasting Room. These include some of our favorite smoked options such as bacon, smoked sausages, and hams. We’ll also supplement Timbercreek Organics offerings with more pork loins and fresh sausages. 2013 Sauvignon Blanc Release

Spring is just around the corner and with it comes the 2013 Sauvignon Blanc release. This year’s vintage is fermented and aged in 50% concrete, 50% stainless steel. The 2013 also includes some of our estate grown fruit for the first time ever! Blended with our traditional clones are some Sauvignon Blanc Musqué vines, which give added aromatics to the wine.
