By joining, I understand and agree to the following statements; (1) I am at least 21 years of age, (2) A person of 21 years or older must sign for the shipments upon delivery, (3) Shipments made within the state of Virginia are subject to VA sales tax, (4) It is my obligation to notify Stinson Vineyards of any address change, (5) I will be responsible for shipping charges due to misdirected packages, (6) I will be charged a 1 time setup fee of $40, (7) I am obligated to receive at least two shipments, (8) I can cancel my membership by doing so online or in writing at any time after the first two shipments, but at least 21 days prior to next scheduled shipment. (9) If I miss two shipments, my wine club membership will be automatically cancelled.
