Built in the late 1800’s and known as the Eddins-Robinson House, this historic Belmont property was divided into apartments in the 1960s. All rental apartments have been newly renovated from top to bottom with lots of details left behind from the original house. Heart pine floors run throughout, as do plaster walls, 9′ ceilings, full height windows, and tall baseboard trim. This classic Southern character blends seamlessly with touches of modern design. Each apartment is appointed with a full kitchen. Yards on either side of the house make the area feel extra private. The vegetable gardens in various areas around the lot are shared with the neighbors and local restaurants. Relax on the front porch in a rocker or the porch swing – you’ll enjoy feeling like you’ve lived here for a long time. Stream any and all media from your devices or the Apple TV with lightning fast WiFi.
Named one of “America’s Best Secret Neighborhoods” by Travel + Leisure, Belmont was one of the nation’s earliest planned neighborhoods in the 1890s. Now a trendy residential area, it’s also home to several great restaurants that are just a few steps beyond our backyard. Stroll over in the morning for coffee and pastries, or plan a romantic dinner.
Our tree lined street is full of young couples and families. The area is safe and walkable. Locals love the area because of the restaurants and close proximity to downtown.
