Our aim is to redefine the way you stay when you travel. Each property was selected for its charm, character and location. No two rooms or suites are alike, offering a different experience each time you visit. The Townsman Collection is our foray into the world of boutique hospitality.

THE INN AT STINSON VINEYARDS

The Inn at Stinson Vineyards is nestled amongst the vines and surrounded by panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you’re looking for a stay that is beyond ordinary, you’ve found it. The Inn offers a hot breakfast to start your day, a heated seasonal pool, outdoor patios with breathtaking views and an on-site Innkeeper. All suites are custom-designed with modern amenities and private baths.

THE TOWNSMAN HOTEL

The Townsman is the newest concept among Charlottesville hotels. Tucked right on the historic downtown walking mall and featuring only four rooms, it feels like a well-kept secret. Rooms are uniquely decorated down to the last detail, for a one-of-a-kind experience each time you visit. Great restaurants, local stores, enchanting nightlife, and historic sites are all right downstairs from your beautifully designed room. 

THE BELMONT FARMHOUSE

Built in the late 1800’s and known as the Eddins-Robinson House, this historic Belmont property was divided into apartments in the 1960s. All rental apartments have been newly renovated from top to bottom. Each apartment is appointed with a full kitchen. Yards on either side of the house make the area feel extra private. The vegetable gardens in various areas around the lot are shared. Relax on the front porch in a rocker or the porch swing – you’ll enjoy feeling like you’ve lived here for a long time.

THE BELMONT GUESTHOUSE

This property was the first real chance for our whole family to sink their teeth into designing a complete renovation of 4 apartments in a historic building. Converted into apartments somewhere around the 1930’s – 40’s, this old home hadn’t been touched since. It was a perfect opportunity for us to maintain many of the original details, add some that had been eliminated, and accomplish a true historic renovation. We call it our “Ode to Belmont”.

DOWNTOWN BELLE

Located in the popular Belmont neighborhood, Downtown Belle is just a short stroll away from Charlottesville’s downtown mall and the nTelos Wireless Pavilion. The house has been completely remodeled and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with it’s own en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds and share an adjoining full bathroom.
