Tailgate Thursdays Continue

Tailgate Thursdays continue through August 28th! We’ll be firing up the grills and hosting live music on the patio every Thursday from 6 – 9pm. BYO food to grill and enjoy a fun, laid back night at the vineyard. With free admission, great entertainment, and delicious wine, it’s the perfect way to start your almost-weekend. Don’t forget to pack lawn games and picnic blankets! Dogs and children are welcome, and meat from Timbercreek Organics and The Rock Barn can be purchased and thawed by calling ahead. The Rock Barn Pork Products Available in Tasting Room

We have to agree with The Rock Barn‘s credos: “Pigs are delicious. There is perhaps no animal that boasts as rich a culinary tradition as the pig. All over the world, hogs are being transformed into dishes that are synonymous with local flavor”.  As longtime fans of their respectful sourcing and craft cuts of these animals, we are excited to bring Rock Barn products into our Tasting Room. These include some of our favorite smoked options such as bacon, smoked sausages, and hams. We’ll also supplement Timbercreek Organics offerings with more pork loins and fresh sausages. If there’s anything specific you’d like us to stock just give us a call or shoot us an email.

We’re very sad to announce that our friends Zach and Sarah of Timbercreek Organics have closed their Farm Stand. On a positive note, Timbercreek products will remain available in and around Charlottesville without interruption. We will be carrying their full line of pork, beef, and poultry in the Tasting Room. Please help us out during the transition by letting us know if there is something specific we can stock for you.
